Exhibitors will be issued limited number of Exhibitor Badges free of cost for their stall attendants. These badges are

nontransferable and to be kept with care. 8 exhibitor badges will be issued to single stall holders subject to a maximum

of 16 exhibitor badges to holder of multiple stalls.

Note:

4 badges will be issued per stall (3m x 3m). Additional exhibitor badges will be charged @ PKR: 50/- each.

Exhibitors are required to submit information of their exhibits and machineries with additional utility requirements to

enable the Organizers make appropriate arrangements for these in advance. Also, the information is required to engage

the services of the official logistic service providers accordingly. Organizers will not entertain any requests for additional

electricity, compressed air or for handling exhibits/machineries which are not declared in this Form.
