The Pier Nine Casino, Bar & Lounge is located in Olde City Phil-adelphia at the Pier Nine Building. The concept for this space was derived from analyzing the site and the surrounding area. The water inspired the free flowing forms that unify and create the spaces in the building. The industrial feel of the area sur-rounding the building is represented in the materials through-out the space.

Sustainable Credit Union
This Sustainable Credit Union is located in Philadelphia and was designed during our sustainability semester. We were required to create a space that was strong in inspiration and used materials and practices that would benefit the environment. This credit union was inspired by a safe lock and what the inside of the lock resembles and how it works. The materials were inspired by natural colors.

Oscar de la Renta Fashion ShowroomThis project was a short project that went along with a fashion showroom proj-ect where we worked with industrial design students to create an office within a previously designed showroom that kept with the same characteristics and de-sign elements. My partner and I came up with a free flowing form using a stark white corian with natural, relaxing materials.

Sustainable Small Office
This Sustainable Small Office is located in Two Rivers, MN. It was designed during our sustainable semester where we got the chance to do a little architectural design as well as the interiors of the space. For this project I was inspired by the state flower of Minnesota. I took the floral forms and created the tent like structure you see in this building. There is a large water cistern since it rains/snows quite a bit there. The building also takes on recycling practices and also uses environmentally friendly materials.

Teak- Cuban/Thai Fusion Restaurant
Teak is a Thai/Cuban Fusion restaurant in the Manayunk section of Philadelphia. The inspiration of the restaurant came from linear Thai and Cuban architecture forms. There is a large central hibachi area and individual banquets and tables. The colors and materials come from the rich colors of the spices used in both cultures.

Live/Work Artist Studio
This Live/Work Artist studio was designed for a client who was a furniture maker. He is a very contemporary designer who uses bold, enegetic forms and colors in his designs. I took inspiration from his design and created a space that I feel gives the same energy as his furniture creations.

Photography
Photography has always been a hobby of mine and I took a few classes in college as well. I took a Black and White Photography class where we used film and different developing techniques. I also took a digital photography class where we used the computer to manipulate images. I also did a bit of independent photography.

Built Work
I was fortunate to participate in an interior design internship where I worked under another interior designer who helped me expand my knowledge of a design and teach me a lot about being in the design field.
