ABSTRACT
We joined the company on 13
th
april and received training on all thedeveloping projects of Earth Infrastructures Ltd(EIL). The training period lasted
for two weeks and we were asked to generate leads through various ways . All
the concerned projects were strategically located in Delhi NCR and I took this
opportunity and got the permission to work for the company in Maharashtra
region wherein I could generate leads comfortably and also develop channel
partners who would work for EIL. The challenge here was to understand the
mindset of various investors who are living out of DELHI NCR to invest in this
place as the capital appreciation out of the investment is projected to be
double of what a person will get from tier 2 cities.
Leads were generated either by interacting with people whom I knew
personally or by meeting professionals like CA whom have a good no. of
investors available under their belt.
Also we conducted a competitive analysis to understand the strengths and
weaknesses of the projects of EIL.
To achieve the objective of the project a questionnaire was distributed among
people of various classes to understand their perspective on investment as an
option in Delhi and NCR region.

ABOUT PROJECT
To fulfil the objective of the project i.e. to evaluate investment as an option in
DELHI NCR for EIL, I travelled across four cities Mumbai, Pune, Kolkata, Nagpur,
from where I collected data through my questionnaire which I had designed to
understand the perspective of people from various backgrounds and classes.
Majority of the population in this sample are from POWERGRID, a central
government company where my father works.
As the employees over there cover a good range of income level, other than
that I have met many people personally to discuss the projects and side by side
administered the questionnaire.
Even though its quite evident that people who are from these four cities are
not quite interested to invest in DELHI, even though the capital appreciation is
almost atleast double of what you can get in these projects. Still the study is
done to come to a conclusion using research techniques to consolidate the
findings.

PLAN FOR COMPLETION OF THE PROJECT:
The following things need to be done for the completion of the project:-
a. Collection of secondary data from various sources like internet andanalysis of the same.
b. Examine and review of articles related to advertisingc. Evaluate the research findings provided by the survey.d. Completion of the Project Findings & deciding on the Execution
Strategies.
e. Visiting more Clients so as to minimize the chances of errors in theStudy.
f. Also to verify the rumours that EIL is a fraud company.

Questionnaire
A questionnaire is a research instrument consisting of a series of questions and
other prompts for the purpose of gathering information from respondents.
In this, I have made this questionnaire taking all the aspects, of a customer to
be approached for a first hand data collection, into consideration. It consists of
