This course is for project managers, and other significant stakeholders, who want to enhance their project management knowledge and maximize their effectiveness. Significant stakeholders include team leaders, project engineers and supervisors and program and project office support staff. The 21 hours of course effort can contribute to qualifying for Project Management Institute (PMI)® credentials or as 14 Technical Professional Development Units (PDUs) in maintaining a credential.
At the completion of this course, participants will be able to:
