The organising team consists of 14 people between the ages of 15 and 25. Lessons to be Learned: Breakin' Walls is an example of a community based project involving young persons from immigrant communities. Young persons are involved in both the management, conceptualisation and organisation of the festival as well as the artistic programme. The theatre provides the framework for them to become active members of neighbourhood / community life and to present their ideas/works to a wider public.
