Colchester Community Workshops (CCWS) mission statement is CREATING OPPORTUNITIES for adults with special needs through vocational skills development and personal growth, in a caring and stimulating environment.” The Interact Group of South Colchester Academy were surprised to see so many programs in action. Seventy five adults with intellectual disabilities come to work in programs offered through the Colchester Community Workshops each day.TRANSCRIPT

South Colchester Interact Club is Sponsored by the Rotary Club of Truro
The Rotary Club of Truro is proud of its involvement in helping build Rotary
House and each year assists in various projects.
This year the Rotary Club money is funding an Enhancement Program that sponsors Field Trips and
Activities for clients of Colchester Community Workshops. Today a group is enjoying the Corn
Maze!
We learn that 75 adults with intellectual disabilities come to work in programs
offered through the Colchester Community Workshops each day.
