The Customer represents that it is the beneficial owner of
the funds being transferred and that the Customer has
directed these funds to be deposited in to another
Customer’s account held with “NCM Investment
Company KSCC”. The Customer represents that no third
parties have beneficial ownership of funds in the
Customer’s Account and that the Customer is not trading
on behalf of third parties. The Customer also represents
that all funds deposited into another Customer’s account
held with “NCM Investment Company” are for the
purpose of trading financial instruments and other
investment products provided by “NCM Investment
Company”.
