Intensive Training Course On Labor Dispute Resolution And Effective Case Preparation And Presentation Technique Before The Arbitration Council Who Should Attend? This course is specially designed for Directors, Managers, Supervisors and Officers in charge of Administration & Finance Department, Human Resources Department, Employee Relations who have the roles to represent the company in settling the labour disputes at all levels. Course Objectives: This course will provide you full picture of the labor dispute resolution process in Cambodia, including the roles of the Arbitration Council and the court. At the end of the course, you are expected to: - Be able to differentiate between the individual labor dispute and Collective labor dispute; - Understand the labor dispute resolution process in Cambodia from A to Z - Understand the roles of the arbitration and the court in settling the labor disputes - Learn the practical techniques to prepare and present a powerful case before the Arbitration Council. About Trainer 1- Mr. Som Chamnan, Executive Manager, CAMFEBA Mr. Som Chamnan has extensively practical knowledge and experiences in Cambodian Labor Law. He has advised many members of CAMFEBA on the AC procedure, how to present the case and what they should emphasized to the arbitrators before they went to the hearing. As a result, 100% of cases that he advised received the awards in favor of his clients. Mr. Chamnan used to work as the Legal Officer at the Arbitration Council Foundation-ACF, where he also provided many training courses on labor law-related topics, including the techniques for Case preparation and Case presentation before the AC, for employers, court clerks, lawyer students, etc. Mr. Chamnan holds Bachelor Degree of Law from Royal University of Law, specializing in Labor Law. 2- Mr. Soum Chamrong (Attorney-at-Law) Mr. Soum Chamrong is the Attorney-at-Law.
