Singapore’s aerospace industry growing at 12% and garnered 1/4 of the Asian MRO market with more than 100 aerospace companies in maintenance and engine overhaul/modifications.

Singapore is also seeing a growing number of aerospace design and manufacturing operations.

In 2012, the aerospace industry achieved a record output of S$8.7 billion, a 10% increase over 2011.

Singapore is a choice location for global automotive companies for headquarters activities, spares distribution, production of high-value products and R&D.

Almost all the major Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) and automotive suppliers use Singapore to oversee their regional operations, manage aftermarket spares distribution to the region.

More than 800 are involved in research on engine control modules, infotainment, telematics and other fields.
