• a high level vision of a journey towards individualised, integrated and seamless mobility solutions

• turning data into useful, timely information, allowing decisions to be made in real time, pushed to customers
• integrating payment systems with information
• can we develop a personal mobility account for passengers – mobility as a service?

For Centro to act as an enabler to pull together a number of actions-• collate the outputs from the workshops and the
thoughts, ideas and issues from the event and turn this into a Mind Map• establish an advisory board and an action plan• setting up task and finish groups to take forward
some initial areas of work identified
