Production We aim to develop and design a web-shop in seven international working groups, which are being coached by teachers. The project begins with real products: the predesigned t-shirts and ends where a shirt lands in the basket of the web-shop. Students are using software: Balsamiq, Sketch, Invision and Adobe CS.

Evaluation The students complete the tasks and are able to explain their work to the teachers daily and at the exhibition and through the presentations. The students get daily feedback from the teachers on their work and solutions. See the results at http://thebestlink.org Preconditions VET intermediate level Pre-work Pre-work 1: Design your own t-shirt • The print(s) should reflect your personality (hobby, interests or skills in vectors, no use of photos) • Bring your predesigned t-shirt to the meeting Pre-work 2: Analyze e-shops • Choose 3 examples of web-shops which stands for innovation (regarding idea, design, multi-media quality, dialogue, surprising interaction or user experience) • Write a short description to each example (incl. screenshots and urls of the selected shops) • Bring your analysis printed on A4 sheets to the meeting Pre-work 3: Get familiar softwares: balsamiq and Sketch • Visit balsamiq online and understand the basics www.balsamiq.com • Visit Sketch on the website and understand the basics www.sketchapp.com English lessons Teaching about the country’s school system (the country being visited) Education in the country’s history (the country being visited) Education in the country working culture (the country being visited) Author: Sami Ulmanen Place and date: Porvoo October 2016

Design your own t-shirt

Pre-work 2

• Choose 3 examples of web-shops which stands for innovation (regarding idea, design, multi-media quality, dialogue, surprising interaction or user experience)• Write a short description to each example (incl. screenshots and urls of the selected shops)• Bring your analysis printed on A4 sheets to Porvoo

Analyze e-shops

Dies ist ein Typoblindtext. An ihm kann man

sehen, ob alle Buchstaben da sind und wie sie

aussehen. Manchmal benutzt man Worte wie

Hamburgefonts, Rafgenduks oder Handgloves,

um Schriften zu testen. Manchmal Sätze, die alle

Buchstaben des Alphabets enthalten - man nennt

diese Sätze »Pangrams«.

Sehr bekannt ist dieser: The quick brown fox

jumps over the lazy old dog. Oft werden in

Typoblindtexte auch fremdsprachige Satzteile

eingebaut (AVAIL® and Wefox™ are testing aussi
