RESTORE1030™ has been proven to increase A/C and refrigeration system efficiency by 15% on average by optimizing the system in 3 distinct ways:

1. Through the removal of oil-fouling (scale). This removal restores the 20-30% loss in heat transfer capability, allowing for enhanced refrigerant contact with coils. Additionally, your unit is protected from future internal corrosion for the life of the system.

2. By optimizing the refrigerant to evaporate or “boil” at a higher temperature. The cumulative effect of these 2 components working together results in a 73% improvement in heat transfer capability.

3. Through increases in lubricity and boosting the compressor oil’s performance. The tenacious bond actually keeps the friction reducing properties even when the oil is not present. SOLX / THERM X

How it works? SOLX intellectual property adds an element of heat

which would under normal circumstances be generated by the

compressor, allowing the compressor or compressors to unload.

This process accelerates the heat transfer at condensation point, thus

improving the quantity of liquid flow through the expansion valve, in

other words reducing or eradicating flash gas.

As a result, the cooling capacity in the evaporator is enhanced, a process

which the systems normal control logic recognizes allowing the variable

flow compressor system to slow down (or if staged - shut down), thus

achieving substantial energy reductions.

RECLEAN PRO™

RECLEAN PRO™ improves thermal transfer in the condenser and evaporative heat exchangers. This will utilize each chiller to its optimal efficiency thereby saving energy. In turn, the cooling towers are a slave to the chiller heat load and abilities to transfer temperature through their exchangers. This is where water savings are achieved.

RECLEAN PRO™ removes 95% of suspended solids down to one micron, which greatly increases the condenser water’s thermal transfer rate, and also manages dissolved solids that may produce fouling (scale).

By removing suspended solids and controlling dissolved solids RECLEAN PRO™ has been successful in reducing large percentages of make-up water to the cooling towers and energy needed to operate chillers.

Unlike most side-stream filters RECLEAN PRO’s™ system uses no media and requires no backwash or continuous maintenance.

RECLEAN PRO™ monitors chillers approach temperatures which will verify our system’s effectiveness in keeping exchanger tubes clean. RECLEAN PRO™ monitors and logs monthly make-up and bleed usages.
