In this case we have integrated our store system with NK’s preferential function, The NK Nyckeln (loyalty card of NK). It is easy to use our store system for specialty retail. You can execute many functions as: payment with different cards and different currencies at one and same payment, present cards and voucher for store system solution. The powerful system with fast search functions gives the customer an instant feed-back on the current status. The system also includes a back office system with an Account Receivable and Accounts Payable, Orders and Statistics, and Integrated accounting. Our database of contacts complements the customer list, so that you easily can follow customers’ re-quests. If a product is about to enter, an automatically mes-sage can be sent to the customer as soon as it comes into the system. With our unique system for refills it is possible to get suggestions on purchases based on previous sales or needs. This ensures that you have the right merchandise in your store. By default there are functions for purchasing the warehouse, and the local purchases. The routine “Warehouse orders” are for goods which will be sent between different stores. The stores may also in an easy way take part other stores information with-in the same chain. This can for an example be inventory status. The system also includes a powerful Report Generator - Crystal Reports - which is integrated in the system. With help from the Report Generator you are able to produce statistics, according to your own preferences.

Flexible e-commerce solution

Gardeco E-handel (e-commerce system) has fully integration with Gardeco Affärssystem. This means that articles are admin-istered and automatically updated on the web. It also means that existing orders makes sales orders in the ERP system. With this information stored in the system, there are unlimited possibilities to later produce statistics and to do follow-ups. The e-commerce solution works in the mobile and of course it is possible to connect the system to social media as Face-book, Linked In, Twitter etcetera. With a so called “One Page Checkout” your customers are allowed to make a quick and easy check out. In international sales, the payment can be done in several different currencies. If a new value is selected, all prices in the selected currency will be shown. There will also be some opportunity to make the e-commerce solution mul-tilingual.
