Vision To explore one page of the journey of history to connect to the future development of Vietnam. Restore passion of people and urban memory. Evolve together with the development of the country and make this process a part of ongoing education process in Vietnam. Realize the Citadel as the heart of Hanois cultural heritage system. Restore the role of the Citadel in spirits of Hanoians. The experience on Ba Dinh site (+Royal Citadel) will contribute to disseminate the collective knowledge obtain through research.
