Field Development Planning, Execution and Production Enhancement

of the most challenging and high-profile projects in Russia including Vankor, the largest oilfield in Eastern Siberia and ERD drilling in Yukharovskoye in the Yamal Region where we have drilled the deepest onshore wells in Russia to date. These wells were drilled and completed with some of the most innovative technologies in the industry. Some of the technologies were deployed for the first time in Russia which indicated Integra’s dynamics and technical aptitude. Furthermore, this project required strict compliance with HSE requirements and government regulations being very close to the Kara Sea which is rich in marine life.

Through IPM projects, Integra customers benefit from our unrivaled service and product portfolio. Providing the full range of well construction and production services in-house enables us to deliver quality wells that save time and reduce cost while meeting geological, engineering and QHSE challenges. Our expertise includes managing multiple third-party service providers on IPM projects where necessary.

Typically, Integra’s IPM services include preparation of contracts and required permits, selection and management of contractors, development and execution of an integrated work program, procurement of materials and equipment, logistics coordination and other services specific to customer needs. QHSE is central to every step in the process, with 24-hour technical and geological support and regular progress reporting.

The IPM Team provides solution throughout a life cycle of the field engaging in exploration and development drilling, production and well abandonment services.

Integrated Project Management – construction management services (well construction, field development, field construction), including the team of experts to provide engineering services for the project, and, if required, procurement and logistics services.

Integra provides different

levels of integrated project

management (IPM) services.

This includes:

Drilling in Northern Siberia, where the nearest infrastructure is hundreds of kilometres away, is a challenge met by Integra IPM.

Integra owns 41 land drilling rigs including mobile, skid-mounted and heavy rigs, with lifting capacities of up to 500 tons. Significant investment in upgrading ensures the quality of our rig fleet, which is maintained also by Integra’s Drilling Rig Servicing Team. We are capable of drilling exploration, development and multilateral wells including ERD, short-radius and deep vertical designs. Our drilling operations are supported from bases located in Russia’s traditional and developing oil and gas provinces.

Our 20 directional drilling crews use state-of-the-art MWD/LWD telemetry systems to drill deviated and horizontal wells. To ensure safe, efficient operations and in order to provide full information to the customer, Integra utilizes industry-leading software and real-time data transfer. Directional drilling services are complemented with in-house drill bit and bits application services.

Our technology adoption solutions are based on specialized equipment designed and manufactured in-house by subsidiaries.

Well construction lies at the heart of any E&P project. Integra offers an integrated range of services and equipment that can transform project performance.

Our well design center in Moscow (NPO Burovaya Tekhnika) is successor to the main research and development institute for drilling technology in the USSR. Over its 50-year history this center created many of the technologies used today worldwide, including innovative bits, diamond cutting tools, coring and formation isolation technologies, directional, horizontal and multi-hole drilling technologies, sidetracking, and many others. Russia’s two main oil and gas producing provinces, Volga-Urals and Western Siberia, were explored and developed almost entirely using drilling technologies and tools developed by this institute.

Today Integra provides full well design and construction planning services, along with feasibility studies and drilling consulting. We have successfully planned onshore and offshore wells in the USA, China, Iran, Iraq, India, Vietnam, Venezuela, Mauritania, Ivory Coast and the CIS countries for major international oil and gas companies. In Russia, we are involved in large-scale development projects including Shtokman, one of the world's largest undeveloped natural gas fields; the Prirazlomnoye oilfield on the Barents Sea shelf; and the Kirinskoye gas-condensate field offshore Sakhalin island.

VNIIBT-BI (Integra Group) is Russia’s largest manufacturer of positive displacement motors (PDM) and turbodrills. The plant is the proud inventor of the multi-lobe down-hole motor in 1966 and its turbodrill system was used to drill in 1978 – 1983 in the Kola Peninsula to 12,262 m. The deepest vertical well ever drilled. Today, a philosophy of constant innovation combined with a highly professional design team ensures that Integra’s leadership in oilfield manufacturing solutions is maintained.

Our product line incorporates over 120 types of downhole motors and over 30 turbodrills, including models for high-temperature wells. Integra hold 47 Russian patents for down-hole positive displacement motors and turbodrills. Our distribution network covers Russia and CIS, Asia and North America.

The manufacturing plants in Perm, Pavlovsk and Kotovo manufacture a wide range of drilling and completion tools including packers, jars, cushion subs, fishing tools and core receivers. We also provide equipment rental, maintenance and repair services to customers through a network of service centres.

Well Logging Well Testing

All products designed by our design bureau are subject to mandatory field testing before launching to production. Current projects of the design bureau are focused on the maximum automation of well testing operations: from well testing to processed data transfer to oil companies’ corporate data bases. All our in-house designed products are registered and protected under the Russian law. The Company has a total of 12 inventor’s certificates and patents for inventions.

Integra’s well testing equipment manufacturing facility is a modern plant producing level gauges, dynamographs, downhole and wellhead pressure gauges, portable and truck mounted well testing packages, slickline units, test stands, software, etc.

Integra offers different options of cooperation: from equipment and software supply to comprehensive service, including technical audit of the Customer’s equipment and technologies, development and implementation of the Customer’s structures and processes optimization program. Integra provides after sale support - initial training, product customization, warranty and post-warranty repair.

SIAM Company (Integra Group), one of the leading providers of well testing and downhole logging services and products in Russia, has been in operation since 1990.

Our 12 cementing crews confidently deliver all types of well cementing and remedial cementing jobs. Quality control is supported by in-house laboratories, where samples of cement slurries are tested to API and Russian Government standards.

Along with explosive perforation services, our coiled tubing specialists operate state-of-the-art equipment across Russia from support bases in Western Siberia.

Integra offers a full range of well servicing and workover operations from a fleet of 84 modern workover rigs with diverse hook load capacities. Our completion and production services are complemented by the manufacture of a range of proprietary downhole tools for well servicing operations.
