What is on-line sealing?

• On-Line Leak Sealing is a temporary process used to seal an undesirable or hazardous leaks from a failed piping systems, enabling the production to continue without plant shut down.

• Products sealed:– Nitrogen, Water, Air

– BFW and HP Steam

– Chemicals, Hydrocarbon, Gases etc.• Temperature: Up to 700*C

• Line Pressure: Up To 260 bar

On-Line Safety Valve Testing

• On-line Safety and Relief Valve Testing System allows the plant to continue operating under normal condition whilst the task of testing and certifying the plant safety and relief valves is carried out. The system can also be used to perform cold testing when the plant is down, to test and verify the set pressure


Benefits of On-line Safety Valve Testing

• No interruptions to plant production – considerable cost savings and operational advantages (No plant downtime).

• Accurate on-line diagnosis – plus/minus 1% of set pressure.

• Welded in valves can be tested and adjusted on-line without removal

• Test on-line under operating conditions – no need for temperature correction.

• Accurate and reproducible evaluation of set pressure –eliminates guess work and human error of where the set point occurs.

What is on site machining?

• On site machining allow plant equipments to be machined in place, hence reduce downtime and cost incurred for the dismantling and the transportation.

• The machining process is carried out within customer control at their premises. The quality of our on-site machining is compatible with the conventional workshop machining in terms of finishing, tolerance and accuracy

Controlled Bolt Tightening

• Controlled bolt tightening is the preferred method for tightening of critical joints, by means of hydraulic torque tightening or bolt tensioning Knowing the joints design and the operating specification, leak free start up can be achieved by applying accurate bolt load in a controlled manner.

Composite Pipe Wrapping

• Composite Pipe Wrapping is a carbon fiber wrap systems used to rehabilitate and restore original operational strength to corroded and eroded pipelines and piping systems.

• It is engineered to provide strength that enables a pipeline to be restored to maximum allowable operating pressure (MAOP) without shutting down.
