Instructor BioHelen Pybus has been actively presenting on major fitness conventions in the mind body field throughout the UK and internationally since 2002. During that time, she has studied a variety of disciplines and currently holds the highest levels in the UK for Pilates and Back Care.Helen’s passion, dedication and unique style of teaching to the Pilates industry has now given her a very proud position as a Pilates tutor where she trains students across the globe in the Pilates Method. Helen is also the MasterHelen is also the Master Trainer for Pulseroll UK and has been recently voted into the finals for "Female Fitness Instructor of the Year” at the prestigious FitPro Awards UK. Helen is super excited to be sharing her work on an event in her hometown and cannot wait to give a huge warm welcome to the Pontins Pakefield Retreat guests!

JASON KASHOUMERI’s background orientated at a very young age in dance and the performing arts where he went on to perform and choregraph professionally. He quickly stepped into fitness Industry bringing his love and passion of music, movement and dance and quickly became on of the youngest UK Master Trainers for a fitness program at the time. Jason is now an international fitness presenter having travelled to the United States and all over Europe, presenting and training future instructors. Additionally, as a personal trainer and advanced nutritionist, Jason seek to help people understand all links between a healthy mind, body and soul to incorporate a very holistic approach within his attitude to his work. His classes are nothing short of the fell good feeling.

Fiona Abbott has been instructing within the Fitness Industry for over 30 years. She did her ETM (Exercise to Music) in 1997 with Andree Dean at Shape.She qualified to teach many aspect of fitness, including, Step, Vibe Cycling, Cheerleading, Armageddon Aerobics, Spinning, Aqua, Fitness Yoga, Zumba, Zumba Gold, Kids Fitness, Fitsteps, HIIT, KoBo, Cardiac Rehabilitation, Bootybarre Pilates and Personal Training.Fiona instructs Pilates and Bootybare for the James Paget Hospital, Norfolk. In 2019 Fiona achieved her Pilates Diploma with MK Pilates.Fiona can also be found teaching many varied classes under Fifitonline (Facebook), along with local community Fiona can also be found teaching many varied classes under Fifitonline (Facebook), along with local community halls too. Nathan Gray is the founder of Samballa Yoga & Holistic Health and based in Norfolk. He has been practising Yoga since he was 19 and teaching Yoga since 2001. Nathan is a fully qualified and accredited Senior Yoga Teacher with the Yoga Alliance UK at the highest level, having attended multiple Yoga Teacher Trainings in a variety of Yoga disciplines.For several years, Nathan has been spent the winter seasons in India, continuing his training to an advanced level, as well as teaching at International Yoga.NathanNathan’s style of teaching varies to suit the individual needs of his students, allowing all who attend his classes to get the most benefit from their Yoga Practice. With extensive training in Astanga Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga Flow, Iyengar Yoga, Scaravelli and Restorative/ Yin Yoga, as well as training as a Yoga Therapist. He can teach a range of classes and workshops to suit anyone of any ability, helping to create a more mobile and functional body as well as a calmer and more focused mind.

Keri Clements is a fully qualified Personal Trainer, Group Exercise instructor, Fight Klub concept instructor in Bag Box, DnB workouts and Beat Box padwork.

Keri is well known in the local area for her Run outdoor Boot camp and loves to train people of all levels of fitness. Keri is ex-army so loves to incorporate exercises from her military days.

Her focus is making fitness fun and accessible to all. To Keri, exercise is her therapy!

Winston Squire has over 21 years of experience as a fitness consultant, personal trainer and lecturer. He is the founder of Meggaball, a unique motivational training system providing a total body workout suitable for all ages and abilities.
