    Ref : This office circular No. 27150 / J1 / 2014, dated : 9.1.2015 --------------

    With reference to this office circular cited, the following instructions are issued for data entry pertaining to Anna University Register No. and updation of PMMS option.

    1. Login in the main window using your assigned userid and password

    2. Seven Command buttons corresponding to the following batches will be displayed :

    i) First year 2011-12 ii) Lateral entry 2012-13 iii) First year 2012-13 iv) Lateral entry 2013-14 v) First year 2013-14 vi) Lateral entry 2014-15 vii) First year 2014-15

    3. Click on the particular batch. Select appropriate branch. Student names will be displayed along with details of Community, quota, PMSS option.

    4. Double click on the name of the student. The details of the student will appear on the right side of the screen under the title UPDATION

    5. Edit PMSS option as Yes or No

    6. Enter AU Register No. in the text box provided.

    7. If you want to add a record, click on ADD NEW RECORD Button and enter details in the text boxes displayed. This option is provided only for III and IV year students.

    8. If student is not in your rolls, enter AU register no. as 0 (Zero) and press TAB. Remarks drop down box menu will be enabled. Select one option from the Remarks drop down box.

    9. Press SAVE button.

    10. After completion of data entry / updation, take print out of the list and keep it for your reference. No need to send the hard copy to this office.
