INSTRUCTIONS TO CHANGE MEMBER’S PROFILE DIRECTLY FROM IIA GLOBAL’S WEBSITE
(Password, Telephone/Fax Number, Mailing Address or Email Address)
Click on Sign in on the main page of www.globaliia.org (Please note that if you need to change your name or your organization’s name, you will need to contact [email protected])
Login by using your ID number and Password
Click on Profile at the top right side of the page and select My Profile from the dropdown menu.
Click the Edit button on the My Information page to update your profile or Click here to change your Password.
Click Manage my Contact Info.
Click ADD to make changes to your Telephone/Fax Number, Mailing Address or Email Address.
Please note that the member’s name or the organization’s name cannot be modified. By clicking on Request Org Change, a message will be generated for Customer Relations to make these changes.
Add or Change your Email Address and Save.
