Remember you will be charges for a service call is aproblem with your appliance is caused by incorrectinstallation or misuse.

Your dishwasher is providedwith a special system whichblocks the water supply inthe event of leaks inside theappliance.

Your free standing dishwasher can be installed in modern kitchens as follows:

to stand next to furniture units or other electric household appliances(Please read the chapter on “Installation” in the instruction manual.)

to insert or built-in under the one worktop.Should it be necessary to remove the top shelf of the dishwasher, proceed as follows:– Unscrew the 2 rear screws and then, with a light push forward, let it slide out and remove it (see fig.1)– Discard the polystyrene rectangle.– Open the door and, after unscrewing the fixing screws, remove the 3 plastic plugs used to hook the shelf on (fig. 2)– Glue on the small soundproofing adhesive spongy strip onto the top crosspiece (photo 5) and, after tilting the appliance, glue on another one underneath the base (photo 6).– Straighten up the appliance and adjust the front and back feet by unscrewing them in an anti-clockwise direction toraise the dishwasher to the required height.– Insert the appliance underneath the worktop (fig.3), checking that the inlet and outlet pipes do not get bent or squashed(please read the instructions provided in the “Installation” chapter). - The minimum distance between the sides of theappliance and the side panels of the cabinet must be 2.5 mm at the very least*.– Fix the dishwasher to the upper part of the recess using two self-tapping screws (fig. 4)..–Open the dishwasher door and glue on the two equal-sized adhesive spongy strips on the front edge of the appliancecabinet. Begin from the top without leaving out any spaces and make sure the strips adhere all along the length of theedge. A small part of the spongy strip protruding onto the outside will block any light left between the dishwasher andadjacent cabinets, thus improving the soundproofing.

Warning: - Once the appliance has been installed, the electrical plug and socket should remain accessible.

- If the power supply cable is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer or its Technical Assistance Service inorder to prevent all potential hazards. (See Assistance)

- The cable should not be bent or compressed.

- The Company shall not be held responsible for any incidents that occur if these regulations are not observed.- The structure of your dishwasher makes it impossible to fit it under a hob.

There are two handles onthe sides of the upperbasket, use these to adjustits height (see fig.C).

What goes into the upperbasket?Place delicate and lightweightdishes in the upper basket:glasses, tea cups and coffeecups, saucers and plates -shallow salad bowls, slightlydirty frying pans and shallowpans.Position lightweight dishes insuch a way as to avoid theirbeing moved by the spray ofwater. The dishwasher can also beequipped with one or two tipup compartments onto whichyou can place mugs and cups,as well as long sharp knivesand serving cutlery.

After loading the dishes, remember to check that thespray arms can turn freelywithout hitting against anydishes.

To optimise wash performance and save on energy, try to use the dishwasher with a full wash load. If it takes some time to fill yourdishwasher, use the pre-wash to avoid caked on food and build up of bad odours.

Salt, rinse aid, the right amount of detergent and the correct wash cycle...This is the formula to get the best results and to keep your dishwasher in shape.

If the crockery is only lightly soiled or if it has been rinsed with water before being placed in the dishwasher, reducethe amount of detergent used accordingly.
