Revisions and updates to ICD-9-CM codes are released annually. This list should be reviewed annually and any changes made. Casefinding should include primary diagnoses and any subsequent or secondary diagnoses.

You can see by the screen shot that this list identifies the ICD-9-CM Codes for each diagnosis. This list is used to help you find the reportable cancer cases in your records as discussed in the casefinding segment of this training.
