Key Concepts of Instructional Leadership

Leadership - exercise of influence that is supportive and facilitative based on achievement;

Management - processes, procedures and organization that provide opportunities to collaborate... part of all leadership

Authority - lies with administration but leadership is provided by all stakeholders.

protocols.
