e.g. houses, tents, caravans, motor homes or boats.

1. WARNING! This barbecue will become very hot, DO NOT move it during operation or whilst still hot.

2. WARNING! Wait for the barbecue to FULLY cool down before putting it in the supplied carry bag.

3. WARNING! DO NOT use spirits or petrol for lighting or re-lighting! Use only barbecue lighting gel or fire-lighters complying to EN 1860-3!

4. DO NOT cook before the fuel has a coating of ash.

5. WARNING! Keep children and pets away from the barbecue and naked flames.

6. DO NOT allow children to ignite or operate the barbecue.

7. DO NOT use indoors!

8. Use charcoal, not briquettes.

9. DO NOT wash or soak the main body in water. It can cause serious damage to the barbecue. Simply wipe the inside and outside of the main body to clean it.

10. Ensure the product is far from other sources of fire and flammable objects. Pay close attention when igniting the product and DO NOT leave unattended.

11. Risks of burns while cooking. NEVER lean over the cooking surface when igniting.

12. DO NOT use the barbecue on flammable surfaces or surfaces that can be damaged easily by heat.

13. Use the barbecue on a flat, even surface to prevent accidental slips or drops which may lead to fires.

14. DO NOT use water or any other liquid to douse the flames as this will damage the barbecue.

15. DO NOT store or use petrol or other flammable liquids in the vicinity of this appliance.

ADDING MORE CHARCOALTo add more charcoal, use the gripper to lift the grillplate (CAUTION: this will be hot), add more charcoal then turn the Flame Control Dial clockwise to ‘maximum’ until the required cooking temperature is achieved then turn the Flame Control Dial back to 25% to 50% power and continue cooking.

Place the grill plate on the top and spread a thinlayer of cooking oil on the grill plate. After 3 - 4 mins turn the flame Control Dial back to 25% - 50% power to avoid overheating the grill plate.

The appliance is now ready to barbecue.

Carefully add about 20ml of Barbecue Lighter Gel onto the charcoal making sure none falls or drips on to any other parts of the BBQ.

Carefully ignite the Barbecue Lighter Gel.

CAUTION! Be careful not to spill Barbecue Lighter Gel into the

opening of the fan, this will cause irreversible damage.

Place the drip tray inside the oil collector. Add charcoal to the charcoal container and then gently place the charcoal container into drip tray.

(Use no more than 250g of charcoal at one time.)

Switch on the fan in the main body by turning the Flame Control Dial clockwise to ‘MAX’.

Place the oil collector in the main body. For ease of cleaning you can add a maximum of 200ml of water to the oil collector, avoiding any going into the fan opening

CLEANING & MAINTENANCE1. Let the charcoal burn up completely and allow

the appliance to cool down fully before cleaning. Dispose charcoal in proper non-combustible or metal containers only. Do not dispose in plastic or inflammable containers.

2. To clean the grill plate, charcoal container, drip tray and oil collector use a standard washing up liquid. Rinse and dry thoroughly before use.

3. Wipe the interior and exterior of the main body with a soft cloth.

4. Never use abrasive cleaning agents or sharp objects (e.g. scrubbing brush or knife) for cleaning.

5. Remove batteries from the appliance during storage.

1. First assemble the lid, to do this unscrew and remove the two screws that have been secured in the handle.

2. Position the handle over the lid. Make sure that the screw holes in the handle and the lid are aligned, the narrow end of the handle should face inwards.

3. Take the two screws previously removed and from inside the lid, screw into the handle.

4. Check the handle is securely fitted to the lid before each use. Tighten as required.

Cover the BBQ Grill with the Lid using the handlewhich converts your potable grill into the perfect oven. A built in thermometer in the lid allows the temperature to be easily adjusted, enabling roasting and baking at low or high temperatures.

The grill lid is good for cooking meat, fish andvegetables, keeping warm, and low temperaturebarbecuing.
