1.1 Main Equipment Structures

This equipment is mainly made by the main body frame, cavity,

locking device, the control system, the heating device and other parts, has

the characteristics of continuous work, convenient operation, etc.

2、Equipment Installation and Debugging Procedures

(1). Connect the pressure regulator；【Pic 1 （7）】

(2). Connect the power socket；【Pic 1 （6）】

(3). Open the power switch；【Pic 1 （6）】

(4). Loose the emergency stop button【Pic 1（3）】

(5). Let the cover of the equipment upright and put it into the working

chamber【Pic 1（1）】

(6). Close the upper cover【Pic 1（11）】

(7). Tighten the four fixing-nuts【Pic 1（5）】

(8).Click the start button【Pic 1（2）】；the start light on

(9).Wait for 10mins; the start button light off【Pic 1（ 2）】

(10). Take out the product, the procedure is completed

3、Security, Operation and Maintenance Matters Notes

3.1 Security Notes

In order to use this equipment safely, avoid personal injury accidents,

please be sure to carefully understand the various symbol of paste around

the machine.

（1）Safety Symbols

When the safety symbol is lost or can't be seen clearly, you should

purchase the corresponding safety symbol from our company, paste them,

while changing the new parts, new parts should have safety logo that

conforms to the rules.

（2）Notices of the Equipment

1、This equipment could only be operated, maintained or repaired by

people familiar with equipment performance and relevant safety

operation knowledge.

2、Before using, the equipment must be reliable grounding, and the

leakage protector must be installed by professional person.

3、This equipment has 2.5mm2 copper line and above 15A knife

switch.

5、It is forbidden to open the upper cover when the start light on.

6、It is forbidden to clean, maintain the equipment until it is stopped

completely.

7、It is forbidden to set the temperature control up more than 60 ºC；

3.2 Process (Pressure Screen) Notes

(1). The LCD panel in the working chamber must keep the cover upright;

(2). When the back of the LCD screen has a protuberant uneven row line,

it is needed to be flattened before fitting.

(3). The front of laminating process (with OCA LCD cover plate); can’t

leave air sealing between cover and LCD screen.

3.3 Maintenance Matters Notes

To guarantee the normal work of the equipment and prolong its service life, pay

attention to the followings:

(1)、Check if the appliance is normal before starting it.

(2)、Check whether there is any foreign object on working chamber before starting

work, clean up in time if there is any.

(3)、Tighten the fixing-nuts and add lubricating oil 1 time each quarter.
