PURPOSE
This jig-eject allows to clamp a jig weither keeping PLK-G2516 or PLK-G2516-YU original clamp frame.
Setting is much simplify (only “feed plate” must be take out)
Jig is maintained closed during all stitching cycle
PRESENTATION
COMPOSITION
This attachment is composed by:
1 arm to be fixed directly on Y race, forward arch clamp
1 square brace
1 connecting box
1 electro-valve bloc
screws
electric and pneumatic accessories
MP-JIGVERTICAL not included in MP-G25-SUPPJIG

DISASSEMBLING
3/20
1- Take out “feed plate” N°133 with2 screws and washerN°131 et 132
2-Take out 6 screws (3 on each side of Y race) N°102 but keep 2# small stopper N°103
3-Take out the base plate on each vertical jig-eject.
4- Fix the 2# jig-eject on each side of arm. It will not possible to insert fixing screws when arm will be fixed on machine.
SQUARE BRACKET INSTALLATION (OPTION)
• Square brace allows to use this jig-eject without original clamp frame.
Take out the 2# screws N°117.• For it, it is necessary to take out clamp frame and its arch clamp..
• Take out the 4# screws N°113.
• Take out arch, clamp supporter and frame.
• Put square brace in place and fix it with the 2# screws N°117 and 4# screws N°113.
• During this operation, take care of shaft lining up. While tighting screws, move X race fromleft to right and reverse to line up shft with X rail.
4/20
5-Put arm in place, just forward arch clamp.
6-It is fixed by 3# Ø3 and 1# Ø5 screws, left and right side.
7-Take out 6 screws (3 on each side) N°111 and replaced them by countersunk head screws
REPLACEMENT
Add electro-valve on support, on machine left side, under the cover. If there are not free slot, install complete bloc on air pneumatic support under the table.
The 2# jig-eject cylinder are connected to work on the same time.
Pneumatic installation
5/20
Set the screws just to be in contact(do not tighten)
Then tighten in first ,step by step screws Ø3
And after tighten screws Ø5

SETTING OF JIGS ( MP-JIG-VERTICAL)
Insert deeply the locating blocks inside the 2 Jigs block. Light of proximity become red and cylinders are activated. If not (go to section trouble).
Adjust position of cylinder sensor. When the cylinder is activated, sensor is OFF (no light). When Cylinder is inactivated, sensor is ON, light is red.
Security adjustment: Insert locating block in reverse side and adjust sensor to be ON. Deactivate cylinders and then remove the locating block and insert in right side. Check sensor is OFF when cylinders are activated.

ADJUSTMENT OF JIGS ( MP-JIG-VERTICAL) FOR PLK-G
13/20
There is 2# possibilities to use jig-eject + clamp frame:
- N°1: Jig is inserted inside jig-eject: jig is automatically locked and clamp frame automatically getdown, after short delay. At the end, clamp is going up and jig is ejected after a short delay.
Then turn pages inside clamp menu and set the following parameters:
• WHY = ON• FSR = ON• 2A = 300 (delay, in msec., between jig and clamp down) • 1B = 300 (delay, in msec., between clamp up and jig ejection) •FN = 2• CF = ON
- N°2: Jig is inserted inside jig-eject: jig is automatically locked, it is necessary to press black pedal(I2) to lower clamp frame. At the end, clamp is going up and jig is ejected after a short delay.
Please change below parameters:
• WHY = ON• FSR = ON• 2A = 0 •1B = 300 (delay, in msec., between clamp up and jig ejection) •FN = 2• CF = OFF
