• Motivated by Expecting to Quit

• In 2005 25% of women in NS were smoking during pregnancy

• 50% relapse rate within 1 year of pregnancy

• 3 year Health Canada funding $80 k.

Series will address key issues including best practices, a woman centred approach, motivational interviewing and special needs of the pregnant woman who uses tobacco.
