Ingredients• 4 cups Fairlee Nature’s Best Tomato Juice• 1 Onion, minced• 1 green bell pepper, minced• 1 Cucumber, chopped• 2 cups Tomatoes, chopped• 2 Green onions, chopped• 1 Clove garlic, minced• 3 tbsp Fairlee Nature’s Best Lemon Juice• 2 tbsp Red wine vinegar• 1 tsp Dried tarragon• 1 tsp Dried basil• ¼ cup Fresh parsley, chopped• 1 tsp White sugar• 1 dash Salt and pepper to taste


Tomato Juice

DirectionsIn a blender or food processor, blend all the ingredients until well-combined but still slightly chunky. Chill at least 2 hours before serving.

Ingredients• 2 tbsp butter• 1 onion, chopped• 2 tbsp all-purpose flour• 945 mL Fairlee Nature’s Best Tomato Juice• Salt to taste• 2 cups milk


Tomato Juice

DirectionsIn a Dutch oven, over medium heat, saute onions in butter until translucent. Remove fromheat. Stir in flour so that no lumps remain, then slowly whisk in tomato juice.

Return to the heat and add saLto taste. Cook until just boiling, turning off heat beforeit boils. Let cool 10 minutes then slowly stir in milk. Serve immediately
