All appliances are fully functional however the tenants havestated that the washing machine is starting to let out a smell on their clothes. I have advised the tenant to regularly do boilwashes using soda crystals as this help to prolong the life of the machine.

Notes:Notes:Area in a fair condition. Extractor vent fully functional. Mastic around the basin and bath are wearing and very discoloured.I would advise the Landlord look at replacing to prevent any damage of leaking. Paint peeling to walls due to general wear.This is easily repaired by cleaning and repainting area.
