Unlike computers who just process data according to their protocols, humans are driven by personal choices that are highly subjective and can be different from each individual.

Emotions are probably the biggest factor that content are more personal, more human and moving. Social Media postings like on facebook, twitter and instragram are mostly driven by our emotions.
