Guest Lecture

A Guest lecture on PERSONALITY DEVELOPMENT” is

arranged by the Department of Civil Engineering on Feb 5th

2019 at CE seminar hall. In this lecture, Mr. Surendra

Reddy, President, Pantar Solutions Inc., North Carolina

has discussed various ways of developing one‟s personality.

PARIGRAH-2K19 Foundation of civil engineering

PariParigrah – word came from Sanskrit, pari means “all sides” and graha means “to grab”. It is a national level technical symposium conducted on March 9th 2019. The Chief Guest for “Parigrah-2019” is Dr. M. Vijaya Sekhar Reddy HOD of Civil department at Srikalahastheeswara Institute of Technology, Srikalahasthi. Parigrah significance to civil engineering is to gain knowledge in all aspects that relates to this field, as it progresses with the development of nation. The objective of this Program is to encourage the students to improve their Technical & Communication Skills apart from Personality Development. This is also useful for the students to develop the competitive spirit among them.


The highlighted events of the symposium were paper

presentation, poster presentation, model making and

technical quiz. Around 150 students participated in it and

made this event successful.

Guest Lecture

A Guest lecture on “SOIL EXPLORATION AND

INVESTIGATION” was held by the department of Civil

Engineering on March 11th 2019 at EEE seminar hall. In this

lecture Mr. C.R. Eswara Prasad Dy. General Manager-

Engineering & Tata Projects Limited gave an idea about soil

exploration and investigative methods.
