Inquiry Project 06.07.20, 13.07.20 & 20.07.20
For the last three weeks of term, our inquiry project is going to be all about
you! We are going to be practising how to think about ourselves and our lives
in positive ways, and learning some tips that will help keep us calm and
focussed.
Each week, we will be sending you a journal to complete every day. You can
print this and complete it, write your entries into a book or copy the pictures
and fill them in if you like.
We would also like you to try some of the Mindfulness Challenge Cards – you
can choose to do as many as you like but make sure you follow the instructions
carefully. Think about how you feel after the activities – what do you notice?
Now choose some Brain Building Activities to do – try one of each type –
Mindfulness Challenges, Boredom Busters, No Screen Skills or Mindful
Breathing Brain Breaks. You will be doing these over the next three weeks so
don’t try to finish them in one go!
