We aim to be recognised as a world class skills transfer centre, uplifting and enhancing our learners, by giving them the tools to better their future.

We see the skills transfer course as a process of developing the trainee’s knowledge and skills to a desired level of competence. We do this by providing learning programs that are practical and easily understood.

Not only do we present these opportunities to the unemployed communities, we also offer businesses and affordable opportunity to send employees on our courses enhancing their skills and competency levels, thus adding value to the employee. Inqaba Services facilitates forums with applicable unions involving them throughout the process. Our team book testing facilities nationally, taking care of all logistics, paperwork and travelling required for an effective recruitment drive. After consulting with the corporate board and if being unsuccessful in recruiting the amount of skilled labour available, as opposed to the labour needed, we then present foreign craft, as a solution to the project/site.

The process of managing expatriatesInqaba Services has registered entities in Thailand and Namibia, enabling us to supply quality candidates on any permits the client requires them to enter in, all depends on the project and duration of the project, at exceptionally affordable rates. Our international company in the East runs a highly efficient testing facility, where the candidates are screened, assessed and certified for the necessary skills required. Inqaba Services has successfully brought candidates into Africa and internationally for the past 5 years. We have a full time in-house Thai coordinator that ensures clear communication between the expatriates, ourselves and the client. Inqaba Services offers a complete solution to payroll outsourcing for small to large businesses in Southern Africa, Africa and internationally (local and expats/blue and white collar). We ensure that the client has a streamlined and successful payroll solution designed for each individual company’s needs.

Inqaba Services handles all payroll functions using VIP Premier Payroll. The system caters for all legislative requirements such as tax (PAYE), U.I.F, SDL, OID etc. as well as all bargaining councils like MIBFA (SEIFSA), MICFA, NBCRFI and MIBCO amongst others. Payroll division handle all legislative reporting as required by SARS, the Department of labour and SETA’s; these include EMP201, OID and U.I.F submission reports.

Uploading from a time and attendance system is also possible due to standard integrations which reduce input time and avoid human input errors.

Payslips are printed on VIP payroll stationary for a professional end product. Payslips can also be emailed to employees in a PDF format.

Inqaba Services handle HR Management and all documents pertaining to the following but not limited to:• Control all types of leave forms and processing onto VIP system• Updating of employee personal data changes and record maintenance• IRP 5’s• Complete and submit documents for terminations
