Phase 1 INTRODUCTORY PHASE

Activity (1) brain storming

After usual classroom procedure teacher showing a picture and ask the

learner to tell a story on the basis of that pictures.

Teacher clear it that, Binu and Anu are running a partnership

business . the firm is well reputed and has been enjoying handsome

profit for the last 10 years. One day Binu thought had we raise some

extra fund , a new branch could have been located at kollam. Binu

discussed the matter with anu. Anu was very happy to hear this. Soon

both of them have gone to meet Mr Biju ,one of the friends of Mr Anu.

He is not only rich but possess intellectually skill. Firm to be one of the

equal partner.

After hearing the story the students reached the concept and then

explains modes of reconstitution of a partnership firm.

DEVELOPMENT

From the above discussion teacher gives questions to the

learner relating to the story.

(1) Why do Mr Binu and Anu want Biju to be one of the partner to

the firm?

(2) What extra benefit does the firm enjoy if Biju is admitted?

(3) What are the rights enjoyed by if he is admitted?

CONCEPT TO BE CONSOLIDATED

Inclusion of a new person as partner to an exisiting firm

is called admission of a partner.On admission the new partner

receives a right to share the profit or loss of the business and right

to share the assets of the firm.

Students carefully observe the

picture and tell the story.

Most of the students

meaningfully link this prior

experience with new learning

situation.
