appliances, plug packs, and sockets

•  Turns off sockets & appliances when it detects no one is home

•  Delays washing machine until optimal tariff… sends TXT to resident when the cycle is finished

•  Turns up hot water temperature only when the dishwasher is on

3. Utility – Safety & Automation App •  An extra application on the Utility Gateway gives an intelligent view of Water,

Gas & Electricity Meters, sensors and appliances

•  Closes off the water meter if the Utility Gateway detects water flow while burglar alarm is enabled (i.e. no one is home) and dishwasher and washing machine is off

•  Regional Earthquake Alerts triggers the Utility Gateway to close Gas & Water meters in unoccupied apartments to avoid the risk of broken pipes
