The Compensation SIG is organized to promote education, networking, and influence around the SF Compensation product and business processes.

Pre-requisite: ASUG membership

The Compensation SIG will form an ASUG Influence Council (IC)

Pre-requisites: (1) Become an ASUG HR Community member and join the SF Compensation SIG; (2) Be a licensed user of SF Compensation

The SIG Chair and Co-Chair provide leadership to the IC

Members preview new product functionality / submit product feedback to SuccessFactors, an SAP Company, and generate recommendations for consideration in product planning

The Compensation SIG Chair and Co-Chair meet with the SF Product Advisory Board to share our feedback.

Product Advisory Board (PAB) is:

• An Advisory Community organized by focus areas where the scope of their advisory is in specific product areas

• A group of customer experts in relevant areas of HR, with a combination of process knowledge and some product exposure

• A group of customers who are live in specific products and want to provide feedback on existing innovations

• A group of customers heavily involved in SuccessFactors Community

OPEN POSITIONS: Compensation SIG Chair and SIG Co-Chair

• Provide leadership to the SIG at virtual and face-to-face meetings and record, rank, and escalate improvement requests to SAP/SuccessFactors

• Organize/facilitate the SIG’s year-round education calendar (one educational webcast per quarter or more), newsletter, and active member engagement

• Gather and recommend hot topics that drive member participation

• Serve as an Influence Ambassador to represent influence topics at the Product Advisory Board (PAB): Next PAB is August 10, and the topic, SuccessConnect

• Work as part of the ASUG HR Community volunteer leadership team

• Work with the SIG program chairs on education, influence, and networking opportunities at the ASUG Annual Conference as needed
