INNORAIL 2015

The fi rst InnoRail Budapest conference was held in the Budapest Congress Centre on 28-30

October 2013. The conference was called into being by Hungarian professionals committed

to rail transport with the objective of thinking together about the present of rail transport in

order to foster its future development.

A total of 303 participants from 18 countries, were present at the fi rst conference. Excellent

speakers - 14 from Hungary and 32 from other countries - have off ered presentations and

contributed to the creation of a level of quality unknown in Hungary before. In summary,

we can state that this tradition-creating event achieved its objective and created a verita-

ble forum for an exchange of views between diff erent professional fi elds of railway infra-

structure, for the discussion of practical issues and for presenting novel innovative develop-

ments, tools and methods.

We are hereby inviting you to participate in InnoRail 2015, the second conference of the Bu-

dapest series to be organized in 2015. Infrastructure operators from Hungary and abroad, industrial partners, designers, researchers and

theoretical and practical experts are all most welcome to the conference.

The location of the Hungarian capital off ers an excellent opportunity for making Budapest a meeting point of railway professionals

arriving from all parts of Europe where they can receive the most topical pieces of information shared by outstanding international

and Hungarian experts. We are inviting speakers and participants from numerous countries of Europe but, naturally, visitors from

other parts of the world are welcome too.

During InnoRail 2015, you can meet experts of strategic importance to you and your company, build new contacts among decision makers,

Conditions of application and paymentIn order to apply for one of the sponsorship packages listed in this booklet,

please send your sponsorship order form indicating your preferred package to

CongressLine Ltd. (kontakt: Bea Golovanova) not later than May 31, 2015. In case

the sponsorship package is already booked by another company, the organiser

informs the sponsor immediately and may off er another package.

The contents of the sponsorship packages are considered as an offi cial off er on

behalf of the organisers.

Accepting the offer in any written form concludes a contract between the

parties. After receipt of your application, organiser will sign a contract with the

sponsoring company. The sponsorship packages do not include VAT which is

currently 27%. The payment of sponsorship fees is due within 10 working days

on receipt of the invoice. The organisers reserve the right and the option to

alter the contents of the packages in the fi nal contract if it serves the mutual

interest of the parties.

After having sent the sponsorship order form, cancellation is no more

possible from the side of the sponsor as the service (communication towards

the participants) is started by the organiser immediately. Cancellation of

sponsorship is possible only in case the organiser of the conference does not

perform the services listed in the off ers due to its own fault.

3. Prices and Payment Conditions

In order to apply for one of the sponsorship packages listed in this booklet, please send your sponsorship order form indicating your

preferred package to CongressLine Ltd. (kontakt: Bea Golovanova) not later than May 31, 2015. In case the sponsorship package is

already booked by another company, the organiser informs the sponsor immediately and may off er another package.

The contents of the sponsorship packages are considered as an offi cial off er on behalf of the organisers.
