Steuerung - Die neue Steuerung der IS-600/800 Serie lässt keine Wünsche offen. Dank des einfachen Aufbaus und der ausschließlichen Verwendung von Symbolen gehören sprach-liche Barrieren ab sofort der Vergangenheit an. So kann die kompakte Steuerung mit nur einer Oberfläche weltweit Ver-wendung finden.

Neben den neuen kreativen Icons überzeugt die Steuerung jedoch auch durch zahlreiche innovative Zusatzleistungen. So können die Vorschubstufen computergesteuert kontrolliert und geregelt werden und der Pumpendruck kann während des Betriebes ohne zeitaufwendige Programmunterbrechung einfach angepasst werden.

Linearantrieb - Der moderne linearisierte Antrieb stellt das absolute Highlight der neuen IS-Serie dar und garantiert ein präzises und vor allem homogenes Einspritzverhalten sowie -ergebnis in jeder Produkthöhe. Die stufenlose Regelbarkeit der Nadelumkehrpunkte (Stichhöhe und Stichende) sowie die frei wählbare Position der Abstreiferplatte bieten wesentli-che Optimierungsmöglichkeiten. So kann beispielsweise bei Bauchspeck eine Injektion in den Fettbereich vermieden und eine mögliche Geleebildung verhindert werden. Aber auch die Arbeitshöhe kann auf das Produkt abgestimmt werden. Dadurch werden Leerwege verhindert und die Produktivität gesteigert.

Control - The new control of the IS-600/800 leaves nothing to be desired. Thanks to the basic design and the exclusive use of symbols, language barriers belong to the past. So the compact control can be used worldwide with only one surface appearance.

Beside the new creative icons, the control also convinces with numerous innovative features. The feed rates can be cont-rolled and regulated computerised and the pump pressure can be adjusted easily during operation, without any time-consuming interruption of the currently running program.

Linear drive - The modern linearised drive is the absolu-te highlight of the new IS series and guarantees a precise and homogenous injection in every product height. The con-tinuous adjustability of the needle reversal points (needle head's highest and lowest position) as well as the stripper plate's position offer substantial optimising possibilities con-cerning the production process. So for example when injec-ting pork bellies an injection into the fat layer as well as an possible jelly formation can be avoided. But also the working height can be perfectly adapted to the product. This minimi-zes idle travel and optimizes productivity.

Hochleistungsinjektor: Präzise und funktionssicher - Die neue IS-600/800 Serie von Inject Star eignet sich bestens für die Injektion unterschiedlichster Emulsionen. Selbst für die Verwendung dickflüssiger, hochviskoser Laken kann die neue IS-600 bzw. IS-800 adaptiert werden und liefert präziseste Einspritzergebnisse sowie einen reibungslosen Ablauf.

Design: Hygienisch und zeitlos - Die IS-600 bzw. IS-800 steht für höchsten Hygienestandard. Dank der modularen Bauweise sind die Injektoren in wenigen Handgriffen zer-legbar und dementsprechend einfach zu reinigen. Selbst das Kunststoffförderband kann zu Reinigungszwecken einfach ausgebaut und beispielweise auf den optionalen Reinigungs-wagen gezogen werden. Aber auch die strikte Trennung der Antriebstechnik zum Hygiene- bzw. Arbeitsbereich gewähr-leistet die Erfüllung höchster Hygienestandards.

High performance injector: Precise and fail-safe - The new IS-600/800 series from Inject Star is well-suited for the in-jection of various emulsions. The IS-600 or/and IS-800 can optimally be adapted even for the use of highly viscous bri-nes and ensures most precise injection results as well as a trouble-free process.

Design: Hygienic and timeless - The IS-600 and IS-800 stands for highest hygienic standards. Thanks to the modular design the injector can be disassembled with little effort and be cleaned easily. For cleaning purposes even the synthetic conveyor belt can be completely pulled out of the unit and may be placed on the optional cleaning trolley. But also the strict separation of the drive from the hygienic and working area guarantees the fulfilment of highest hygienic standards.

Nadelwerkzeug /Needle ToolsNadelwerkzeug - Die neue IS-600/800 Serie kann mit bis zu zwei Stichrahmen und insgesamt 4 Na-delköpfen ausgestattet werden. Dank der modula-ren Bauweise sind entsprechend den individuellen Anforderungen unterschiedlichste Nadelkopfkom-binationen möglich. So können neben dem be-währten "New-Twist-Nadel-System" optional auch einzelgesteuerte Nadeln im Luftfederkasten, unge-federte Emulsionsnadelköpfe sowie ungefederte Na-delsteaker zum Einsatz kommen. Optional können die "New-Twist-Nadelköpfe" auch mit 4-fach Nadeln für eine gesteigerte Kapazität ausgestattet werden.

Needle tools - The new IS-600/800 series can be equipped with up to two stitch frames and altogether four needle heads. Thanks to the modular design there are various combinations possible. Beside the well-tried sprung "New-Twist-Needle-System" op-tionally also single controlled needles in a sprung box or unsprung emulsion needle heads as well as unsprung needle steakers can be deployed. There is also the possibility to optionally equip the "New-Twist-Needle-Heads" with 4fold needles for an inc-reased capacity.

Brine filter system - The consistency of the brine plays a major role for the quality of the final product. So it is very important to permanently filter and clean the back-flowing brine. The brine filter systems from Inject Star are the perfect solution, whereat according to the consistency, different brine filters are deplo-yed.

Lakefiltersystem - Die Konsistenz der verwendeten Lake spielt für die Qualität des Endproduktes eine wesentliche Rolle. Daher ist es beson-ders wichtig auch die rückfließende Lake permanent zu filtern sowie zu reinigen. Inject Star bietet mit den Lakefiltersystemen auch hierfür die perfekte Lösung, wobei je nach Konsistenz der verwendeten Laken un-terschiedliche Lakerücklauffilter zum Einsatz kommen.

Ein zusätzlicher Vorteil ergibt sich auch durch die permanente Zirkulation der Lake im Lakefiltersystem, wodurch die gewünschte und vor allem op-timale Konsistenz erhalten bleibt. Optional besteht die Möglichkeit eines gekühlten Lakefiltersystems.

Kunststoffförderband - Die Injektoren der IS-Se-rie von Inject Star sind standardmäßig mit einem Kunststoffförderband ausgestattet. Der Vorteil ergibt sich hier vor allem durch den reduzierten Wartungs-aufwand sowie die einfache Reinigung.

Synthetic conveyor belt - The injectors of the new IS series are equipped with a synthetic conveyor belt as a standard. The main advantage is the reduced maintenance effort as well as the easy cleaning.

Überblick Nadelwerkzeuge / Overview Needle Tools

"New-Twist-System" - Das "New-Twist-System" von Inject Star überzeugt vor allem durch Flexi-bilität und Vielseitigkeit. Die Nadeln können innerhalb kürzester Zeit einfach ausgewechselt werden, wodurch mit nur einer Anlage unterschiedliche Produkte, wie beispielsweise Rotfleisch oder Geflügel, bearbeitet werden können. Zusätzlich wird der Reinigungsprozess wesentlich vereinfacht, wodurch die Einhaltung höchster Hygienestandards sichergestellt wird.

"New-Twist-System" - The "New-Twist-System" from Inject Star convinces through flexibility and variety. The needles can be easily replaced within a very short time. As a result with only one unit different products, such as red meat or poultry can be processed. Furthermore the cleaning process is facilitated substantially, which guarantees the fulfilment of highest hygienic standards.

Abgestimmt auf die individuellen Anforderungen sind die neuen Hochleistungsinjektoren von Inject Star IS-600 bzw. IS-800 als Ein-, Zwei-, Drei- oder Vierkopf-Ausführung verfügbar.

Regarding to your individual requirements, the new high performance injectors from Inject Star IS-600 and/or IS-800 are available as a single, double, three- or four-head version.

Optionen /OptionsGeflügeloption - Die Geflügeloption bestehend aus einem Hühnerteiler sowie den speziellen 3 mm Nadeln in verschie-denen Ausführungen, garantiert die schonende und produkt-gerechte Behandlung von ganzen Hühnern sowie Hühnertei-len.

Poultry version - The poultry option consisting of a chi-cken divider and the special 2fold 3 mm needles in different versions guarantees a soft and suitable treatment of whole chickens or chicken parts.

Einzelnadelsteuerung - Dank der Einzelnadelsteuerung ar-beiten die Injektoren der neuen IS-600/800 Serie besonders schonend, sauber und genau. Jede Nadel ist einzeln luftge-federt und wird über ein mechanisches Ventil individuell mit Lake versorgt. Diese Ventile sind im Normalfall geschlossen und öffnen sich erst bei Auftreffen der Nadel auf dem Pro-dukt. Auf diese Weise wird ein unkontrollierter Flüssigkeits-austritt vermieden und die Lake kommt nur dort hin, wo sie auch gewünscht ist.

Metallförderband - Optional besteht die Möglichkeit die In-jektoren mit einem Metallförderband auszustatten.

Betriebsdatenerfassung - Die optionale Betriebsdatener-fassung ermöglicht die Aufzeichnung, Speicherung und Vi-sualisierung aller relevanten Daten des Injektionsprozesses. Dadurch kann jeder beliebige Arbeitsschritt zielgenau nach-verfolgt werden.

Lakeaufbereitungsanlagen - Die Lakeaufbereitungsan-lagen von Inject Star ermöglichen innerhalb kürzester Zeit die optimale Aufbereitung unterschiedlichster Laken und ga-rantieren eine gleichmäßige Vermengung aller Zutaten und Zusätze. Das Ergebnis ist eine absolut homogene Konsistenz der Lake, welche die gewünschte Qualität der Endprodukte sicherstellt.

Druckfilter - Die Injektoren können mit einem Druckfilter ausgestattet werden. Dieser filtert die frisch aufbereitete Lake und reduziert so den Anteil an Schwebestoffen. Das Er-gebnis ist eine besonders feine Konsistenz der Lake, wodurch eine mögliche Verklebung der Nadeln zusätzlich verringert wird.

Single needle control - Thanks to the single needle cont-rol, the injectors of the IS-600/800 series impress by their gentle, clean and exact method of operation. The needles are single-air-suspended and fed with brine individually by mechanic valves. These valves are normally closed and open as soon as the needles strike the surface of the product to be injected. Thus, unregulated fluid discharge is avoided as the valuable brine will only be injected into where it is desired.

Metal conveyor belt - Optional there is the possibility to equip the injector with a metal conveyor belt.

Operating data acquisition - The optional monitoring sys-tem enables the recording, storing and visualisation of all relevant data of the injection process. This makes it possible to accurately monitor any operation step.

Brine preparation unit - The brine preparation units from Inject Star enable the preparation of different brines and guarantee a consistent mixing of all ingredients and addi-tives. The result is an absolute homogenous consistency of the brine, which ensures the desired high quality of the final products.

Pressure filter - The injectors can be extended by a pres-sure filter, which filters the freshly prepared brine and the-refore reduces the suspended solid particle proportion. The result is a particularly fine brine, whereby the probability of clogging of the needles is reduced even more.

Förderschneckensystem - Optional können die Injektoren der IS-600/800 Serie mit einem Förderschneckensystem in der Lakeauffangwanne ausgestattet werden, welches selbst bei dickflüssigen Laken einen problemlosen Rückfluss sicher-stellt.

Zwischenreinigungssystem - Dieses System ermöglicht die Reinigung des Injektorinnenraumes und des Transport-bandes mittels Hochdruckreinigungsdüsen in Verbindung mit einer Dosiereinheit ("Dosatron") für das Reinigungsmittel.

Emulsionsinjektion - Angepasst an die individuellen Anfor-derungen kann die neue IS-600/800 Serie auch als Teil einer kompletten Emulsionslinie integriert werden. Hierbei besteht jedoch auch der Bedarf an möglicher Zusatzausstattung, wie beispielsweise einer Vakuum-Emulsions-Aufbereitungsanlage (VEB).

Screw conveyor system - The injectors of the IS-600/800 series can be optionally equipped with a screw conveyor sys-tem in the brine collection pan, which assures the reflow of viscous brines without any difficulty.

Automatic intermediate cleaning system - This system facilitates the cleaning of the pickling room and conveyor with high pressure cleaning jets in connection with a dosing unit ("dosatron") for the detergents.

Emulsion injection - Adapted to the individual require-ments the new IS-600/IS-800 series can also be integrated as part of a complete emulsion line - linked with the pos-sible need of supplementary equipment, such as a vacuum-emulsion-preparation-unit (VEB).

Abblasvorrichtung - Die optionale Abblasvorrichtung mit Druckluftanschluss an ein Luftfiltersystem entfernt die Restlake von der Produktoberfläche.

Air knife system - The optional air knife system with a connection to a com-pressed air filter system removes remaining brine from the product's surface.
