• Trailers create an eager audience by incorporating the best parts of the film and form a synopsis of what the film is about and give and idea of what the audience can expect. They do this by including an introduction and some form of conflict around the middle of the trailer. Thus leaving the audience on a cliff hanger and creating a series of questions produced by audience members that will only be answered if they watch the film.

• Trailers tend to use the best and most iconic visual images of the film. These usually consist of either the main franchise and iconic brand of the use of staring A-List actors and main characters within the film.

• The intro to the trailer immediately introduces the story and generates a question of where his father has disappeared and what are his reasons for doing so.

• The images show the main actor being isolated in all forms of life and life at school. This makes the audience wonder why is he alone and wether or not their is an underlying reason for his isolation.

• These visual images also make the main character stand out from the screen and expresses his uniqueness amongst the rest of his peers.

• The new spider man has used the franchise of the main story and has used less recognizable actors so they do not obscure the iconic universal brand that is Spider Man. They has delved into the origins of the creation and generation of spiderman to complete any wondrous questions audiences across the world may have and has even been able to generate new questions.

• These images show the new uses of CGI across many years and the impact it can have in the new film and show improvements in quality that the previous spiderman movies may not have been able to use. Additionally, the trailer has failed to show the villain and has left the audience on a desire to investigate who the new spider man is conflicting with. Overall, creating a thrilling action movie.
