Online questionnaire

Streamlined process> For every project submitted to ENTSOG for TYNDP 2011-2020, online

questionnaire will be set with previous values as a default setting> Even if answer will remain the same, promoter will have to click-submit the

questionnaire> Online form will ease the data process and make it more robust

Updated questionnaire> Given past experience, questionnaire will be fine-tuned in order to avoid

misunderstanding and lack of clarity

Main evolution

3

Project capacity for modelling purpose> Key information required for modelling purpose> Intermediate entry/exit capacity is a requirement for long-haul projects> In case of different options, project promoter should identify the one to be

modeled by ENTSOG

Project benefits> Questions could be based on Annex IV of the EIP proposal> Promoters could be asked if they will apply for PCI status

Project timeline> Mode detailed questions in order to help reader to monitor the evolution of

projects from one edition to the other

Project stage outlook

4

Synthetic information on project timeframe> As there is no single timeline for projects and challenging steps often differ, a robust clustering can only be based

on FID status> Additional proposal is to provide a synthetic outlook of project steps highlighting:• Last completed step• Main challenge (is it possible to anticipate such difficulty?)• Remaining steps

Step 1 Step 2 Step 3 Step 4 Step 5 Step 6 Step 7

Project A Planned FEED Permitting Market test FID Construction

Project B Planned FEED Permitting Market test FID Construction

Project C Planned FEED Permitting FID Construction

Project D Planned FEED Permitting Supply contract FID Construction

Project E Planned FEED Supply contract FID Permitting Construction

Expected construction load

5

Graphical representation of the effort> Aggregated figures on a 10-year range are not sufficient to express the expected

load in term of works> Using the same data as Annex A (Infra. Projects) it is possible to give more

visibility based on the construction phase of transmission lines, UGS and LNG

Equivalent km
