Here are some of these improvements: Because of these increased costs and other water quality treatment costs, we are proposing to combine the rates of our Dixon and Stockton Districts to reduce the impact for Dixon customers and stablize bills long term. Under this proposal, the typical customer using 7,480 gallons of water per month would pay an additional 19 cents per day beginning in 2020.
