NOTE : The product typology with brown core may show slight tone variations of the core itself between different panels;
this is due both to the raw materials used and to the working processes.
To reduce this effect the following operations are advised: chamfering - finishing with extra-fine abrasive cloth - polishing
and application by cloth of an oily product such as liquid vaseline.
*With regard to the colour fastness, for work carried out in areas between the 35th North parallel and the 35th South
parallel and heigth above 2000 m, it is advisable to contact the technical department to verify its possible application.
** Based on our experience, in order to avoid fast, unexpected and undesirable colour fading due to the behaviour of the
special perlescent pigments, we advise to avoid installations of MEG METAL 712 and 714 colours within the latitudes 40
parallel North and 40 parallel South. Please contact Abet Sales Office before planning the installation.

superiore a 3 m.

Note: Vertical application and horizontal for ceiling finishes. For other cases please contact Abet Sales Offices. Proper
spaces for ventilation must be provided on the top and bottom parts of the building to allow a free circulation of air behind
the panel and through the vertical support. The minimum distance for air circulation is 20 mm while the minimum opening
both for air inlet and output is 50 cm2/m for walls up to a height of 3 m, and 100 cm2/m for walls more than 3 m. high. In
case of horizontal frames, its advisable to pay close attention to provide, by means of fenestrations, a continuous air
circulation on the back of the cladding. Follow all further instructions for storage, machining, mounting and cleaning
reported in the catalogue and here enclosed.

ACCORGIMENTI GENERALI PER IL LAMINATO E LO STRATIFICATO
TRASPORTO DEL MATERIALE
Durante il trasporto usare sempre bancali
piani e stabili assicurando i panelli contro gliscivolamenti.

GENERAL RECOMMENDATIONS FOR THIN AND COMPACT LAMINATE
TRANSPORTATION OF MATERIAL
Always transport the panels on flat, stable
pallets and secure the panels so that theydo not slip.
Make sure that the panels do not slide overeach other during loading and unloadingoperations. Lift them by hand or, if compact,by means of a suction cup hoisting device.
Dirt, foreign bodies and sharp edgesrubbing against the surfaces can causedamage.
STORAGE OF MATERIAL
Material that is stored in the wrong position maybe deformed, even permanently.
Store the panels in a closed place wherenormal climatic conditions are guaranteed(temperature between 10 and 30 C and
40 - 65 % RH).
Stack the panels on top of each other on ahorizontal flat base: never stand the panelson edge. Cover the uppermost panels with aslab or sheet of polythene. In case ofsanded sheets, store them in pairs, decorative face to decorative face; the lastpanel on the stack should be laid with thedecorative surface facing downwards.
CONDITIONING AND USE
Before machining, the panels should be treatedin the conditioning bay for at least 10 days. For compact laminates, machining operations(i.e. cutting, drilling, routering, etc.) should bedone on the back (not at sight) side of thepanel, in order to avoid using the most at riskside as a surface. The protective film, if applied, must be removed
simultaneously from both sides. For further instructions, please refer to thebrochure, technical documents and specificinformative sheets.
