    Dr. Joachim G. Taiber is the Head of the InformationTechnology Research Office of the BMW Group

    Information Technology Research Center (ITRC) on

    the CU-ICAR campus in Greenville. Since 2005, he

    has been in charge of implementing collaborative IT

    innovation projects for the BMW Group in the ITRC.

    Jay Matthewsis a shareholder in Haynsworth Sinkler

    Boyds Greenville office. He leads the law firms

    Transportation, Heavy Equipment and Logistics Industry

    Group. He has lectured audiences on E-Discovery at

    the Charleston School of Law and the South Carolina

    Bar Convention. He is a member of the Sedona

    Conference, the leading professional organization on

    E-Discovery.

    The Honorable J. Gresham Barrett represents the

    3rd Congressional District of South Carolina in the U.S.

    House of Representatives. Currently, Congressman

    Barrett serves on the Budget Committee, the
