Ex-FIITJEE Students have to submit their copy of FIITJEE Identity Card / Enrollment Number along with the Paper Application / e-Application Form.

Students already enrolled in One Year Extended Classroom Program for JEE Advanced, 2019 / One Year Classroom Program for JEE Main, 2019 can Register free of cost for the Test through offline mode only.

Exam Schedule & Pattern:

Objective Paper I : Aptitude Test : 8:45 am - 10:30 am

Objective Paper II : (Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics) : 11:00 am - 1:00 pm

Objective Paper III : Advanced Level (Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics) : 2:15 pm - 5:30 pm

Note: Actual duration for answering Paper - I will be 1 hour 30 minutes and Paper - III will be 3 hours. First 15 minutes of Paper - I & Paper - III will be given for filling up the information on the OMR answer sheet and for reading the examination instructions. INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO REGISTER

Offline Registration

Paper Application Mode :

1. Fill in your complete details in the Paper Application Form and submit it in person at the nearest FIITJEE Centre along with the prescribed test fee in cash, two passport size photographs and a copy of Student's Aadhaar Card. Your Hall Ticket will be issued to you in person.

2. You may also post / courier your Paper Application form along with a DD/Pay Order* with two passport size photographs to the nearest FIITJEE Centre and in this case, your Hall ticket will be e-mailed to You.

Students enrolled in FIITJEE should attach a copy of their Enrollment Receipt and students registered for a previous FIITJEE Test should attach a copy of their previous hall ticket. Following this, an online account for Students registering offline will be created automatically and the username / password will be printed on the hall ticket. It is mandatory that you login with this username and password at our Online services management portal www.fiitjeelogin.com and update your Full Profile as early as possible but before the test. Once your profile is complete, You’ll see an option to download the Sample papers, view OMR sheet images etc. Students who fail to do so, will not be able to download the sample papers or view their OMR sheet images or check test result online.

Online Registration

Online Payment Mode :

1. Log on to our online services management portal www.fiitjeelogin.com with your existing username / password or Create a new Account. 2. Update your profile and proceed for online registration. 3. If you are already registered for a previous test or Enrolled in a FIITJEE Program, use ‘Add Registration Number’/ ‘Add Enrollment Number’ utility before

updating your profile. 4. You have an option to pay the test Fee using Master / Visa / Amex (Credit / Debit Cards) or through NEFT & IMPS. 5. Once your payment is successfully done, you can download the Hall ticket from the same online portal.

e-Application Mode :

1. Follow the same steps as the online payment mode except for the payment. 2. Choose e-Application mode in the payments options. 3. Take out a print of your e-Application and submit it in person with the test fee in Cash at the nearest FIITJEE Centre and collect your Hall Ticket. 4. You can also send this e-Application by post or courier to your nearest FIITJEE Centre along with the Test Fee (to be paid through Demand Draft / Pay

Order*). Your Hall Ticket will be emailed to you in this case.

Quick Registration on Mobile

1. Visit our Quick registration utility available at www.fiitjeelogin.com/mobile 2. Provide your Class, Name, e-Mail ID, Mobile Number, Aadhaar Number, Test Centre Code and Study Centre Code wherever required. You will then

receive an SMS with URL, which will take you to the registration screen. 3. Visit any Bank’s branch in any city (Preferably where you / your parents have an account) and request them to transfer the test fee through NEFT to the

account number sent to you on the e-mail / SMS. Within a few hours of NEFT funds credited into FIITJEE’s account, you would be able to download your Hall ticket from the URL given in e-Mail / SMS.

4. You can also pay the test fee through Master / Visa / Amex (Credit / Debit Cards) or through NEFT & IMPS.

An online account for Students registering through Quick Registration on mobile will be created automatically and the username / password will be provided in the e-Mail / SMS. It is mandatory that you login with this username and password at our Online services management portal www.fiitjeelogin.com

Update your Full Profile as early as possible but before the test. Once your profile is complete, You’ll see an option to download the Sample papers, view OMR sheet images etc. Students who fail to do so, will not be able to download sample papers, view their OMR sheet images and check test result online.

* The DD / Pay Orders should be in favour of FIITJEE Ltd. Open Test, Aptitude Test etc. A/C, payable at respective locations mentioned against the list of Test Centres given in the Information Booklet handed over along-with the Paper Application Form.

Important: FIITJEE will send various important information like confirmation of payment, registration, seating plan etc. on your mobile phone through SMS. In order

to receive this information promptly, please ensure that your mobile number should not be registered under NDNC. Send SMS “STOP DND” from your mobile phone

to 1909 (Toll Free) to de-register from NDNC.

FTRE Terms & Conditions

Note 1 : Cash scholarships, fee waivers on FIITJEE program & Hostel Fee Waiver will be decided on the basis of performance in written tests. All the candidates will have to perform well in Aptitude Test, Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics and clear grand total cut-off as well as individual subject cut-off Marks to be eligible. In case less than 500 Students score above the minimum eligibility marks, then the number of Students eligible for cash prizes will be altered respectively.

Note 2 : The final discretion of awarding the Cash Scholarships, Fee Waivers on FIITJEE program & Hostel Fee Waiver will remain with FIITJEE and its decision will be final and binding on the candidate.

Note 3 : To get the Cash Scholarship & Hostel Fee Waiver, one has to enroll in One Year Extended Classroom Program for JEE Advanced, 2019 (for batch commencing from 19th June, 2018).

Note 4 : Total Cash Scholarship will be divided in equal quarterly installments and disbursed from July, 2018 to April, 2019. Note 5 : Minimum attendance of 90% and relative good performance in phase tests during the course will be a criterion for eligibility for continuity of disbursement of

quarterly cash scholarship. The final discretion in each case will remain with FIITJEE and this decision will be final and binding on the candidate. Note 6 : Cash Scholarships will be paid to students through a crossed cheque and shall be in favour of the Student only. Note 7 : Hostel Fee Waiver is valid only for FIITJEE’s associate hostels / lodging and boarding facilities made available through FIITJEE, subject to the student joining that

particular hostel and availability of seats. The waivers will be given monthly between June, 2018 to April, 2019 and only for the duration of classroom / contact program. The Hostel Fee Waiver will be paid directly to the hostel owner by FIITJEE. Hostel Fee waiver will continue upto May, 2019 for Students who will qualify for JEE Advanced, 2019.

Note 8 : Hostel fee concessions (if any) is for accommodation only. Food, transportation & other self-expenses are to be borne by the Students. To avail this concession, Students must have Optimum Performance in Phase Tests & National Level Tests and a minimum of 90% monthly attendance in their respective Classes at FIITJEE. Hostel facility is available at select FIITJEE Centres only.

Note 9 : FIITJEE Classroom Program students already enrolled in One Year Extended Classroom Program for JEE Advanced, 2019 can appear in FIITJEE Talent Reward Exam (FTRE) to find out their current level of preparation and their projected Rank in JEE Advanced, 2019. However, they will be entitled for cash scholarships only, and they will continue with their existing classroom program. The cash scholarship cannot be adjusted or refunded. FIITJEE Students will also be entitled for rewards as per their actual performance in JEE Advanced, JEE Main & Olympiads.

Note 10 (a): The registered office of FIITJEE is at New Delhi. All disputes and differences of any nature whatsoever shall be referred to the Sole Arbitrator appointed by the Management of FIITJEE Ltd. The Arbitration proceedings shall be conducted in accordance with the provisions of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act 1996 and Statutory modification thereof and rules made thereunder. The award of the Arbitrator shall be final & binding. It is further agreed that in spite of the fact that the Sole Arbitrator may be known to any of the Directors or shareholders or may have been appointed as an arbitrator earlier by the company shall not disqualify him. Even if the Arbitrator may have expressed an opinion in a similar matter earlier shall also not render him disqualified. The seat of the Arbitration will be New Delhi / Delhi..

Note 10 (b): Subject to 10 (a) herein above, the exclusive Jurisdiction in the matter shall vest in Delhi / New Delhi Courts only.
