In fact, by the time a company should spend money to get recognition by paying to make some ads but nowadays it is less relevant thanks to the rising up of social medias. This is due to that people are interacting each other, sharing a lot of information between them thanks to the social media. Nowadays they are acting an important role in the brand recognition and the brand understands it. That is why more and more brands are present in the social medias, in

order to become closer to their customers and reach what they are expected from them. This article confirmed this situation by explaining that less people are interested in by the ads in the website but they are more focused on what its community in concern off. More ever the brand seems to be closer and not any more abstract for their customers and succeed to link every member by the simple fact that they are the core of its community.

The relationship between communities and your social brand is very strong because there is a new consideration of the community and your brand. In fact, the community becomes the core of your interest as your brand. That means all that you are going to do will be regarding the interest of your community. Your community is going to play a major part in the development of your brand, you have to take in consideration all their requests and you have to interact with them in order to that they bring to you added value for your brand and insure your promotion in the different social medias.

4. What is the relationship between Klout scores and Influence Marketing? Is a Klout score meaningful?

Klout is a website where people can leave some comments about what they experience in their life and they obtain a score for it, the highest score they have the more influencer they are. In fact, based on what they wrote and algorithm calculation this people will be like a spokesman and insure the promotion of various products or services that will be reliable for future customers, so they will directly influence the market.

A klout score can be considerate as meaningful because that means that influencer are very pro active and participate a lot in the contribution of the development of the company. For instance, as we see in some company, your profile will appear in the front desk office and allow experimenting special amenities from this hotel thanks to your score in Klout.

5. SIM Action Plan

My objectives for this specific hotel because it an urban influenced design hotel and accessible technology, style and a social atmosphere will be to insure that its image is well known and largely spread from a major part of the citizen of Brussels. In fact, it seems to be a trendy and cozy hotel for a young population or people who the concept of a modern hotel in the heart of the city. That is why, A Loft hotel has to be the trendy place where you have to go in order to have a night, have a drink or meet your friends from this trendy place. My goals will be to put on the core of the business many social events inside the walls of the hotel, insure a large promotion in the social medias to reach more customers and to be sharable the more that it can be. In order to proceed, I will use as social medias:

Like this, they will be able to send some promotions at the bar, take some pictures of the guests, organizing events inside the hotel and share it directly with their customers and followers.

I have chose this specific media because it is a kind of Foursquare but guest can receive instant info on their mobile device and it is a trendy way to reach customer by interacting with them according the place they are.

Quora is a continually improving collection of questions and answers created, edited, and organized by everyone who uses it. The most important thing is to have each question page become the best possible resource for someone who wants to know about the question.

Every time we go in hotel, you may have some questions and you are not reliable of the receptionist words or the website of the hotel or maybe you are to shy to call the hotel to ask some questions which are embarrassing. That is why Quora seems to be a nice way to respond to all the questioning that a guest can have before staying inside the hotel (Ex.: Free Wireless, Plasma or LED TV…). Like this according about what the guest will receive as infos, he will make his mind and have a concrete vision of the hotel and also be informed about his specific need. I have chosen this media because for me it is important that customers get answer to every question that they can have and unfortunately no one can specify to them until they check in inside the hotel and discover that their need has not been expected due to a lack of information.

Youtube is a site specializing in hosting video and film. It should be 1250 years to watch all the videos hosted by YouTube, which holds more than 50% market share of video viewing. The average video views on youtube in a day are twice the three U.S. networks most viewed.

Video is very powerful mean because thanks to it we can show every thing you want and people will feel what you have experienced due to the image and the song. For a hotel like a loft hotel, it will be very interesting in for them to develop the image of the hotel thanks to some videos like this future guests will have a better idea about what they are going to experience if they go there and have a feeling about the atmosphere of the hotel sitting in their place. I have selected this special media because I reckon that video is a guarantee for success because it is a clear representation of your hotel, not like only a picture that it fixed with no sound. Thanks to a video, you clearly have the opportunity to get into this place and discover as if you were there. How will you measure the results of the Influence Marketing? Thanks to the social medias such as your Facebook page or Twitter account you will be able to have instant statistics and figures of your pages, that will assist you to figure out how powerful you are and if your community follow you or not. And also thanks to your influence inside your community, they will be able to challenge more and more about your brand and add value added to your company according your different actions.
