CCB Industries, LLC – Business Summary CCB Industries was founded as “Carolina Custom Booth Co.” in 2004 and was originally based on the manufacturing of restaurant booths. Based out of High Point, NC, “The Furniture Capital of the World,” we proudly produce USA manufactured products for domestic as well as some international projects. In the past 16 years, CCB has been incredibly blessed with opportunities to expand our operations to larger facilities 3 times. Restaurants are only a portion of the market that we now serve since we have diversified our product line and the types of projects that we are able to service. Our current product line includes more seating styles – banquettes, waiting benches, common area and accent seating, and soft seating (sectionals, sofas, loveseats, lounge chairs.) All items are made to order. We have a standard product line for our customers to choose from, we offer custom based on altering our styles, or complete product engineering to achieve their desired design intent. The other major branch of our business is based on tables. We offer a range of solid wood tabletops, laminate with wood and alternate edge details, and vinyl tops for use with linen service. Our tables are also made to order so we can make tables in custom shapes and sizes. We offer community tables for seating large groups or for grouping smaller parties together. Most tables can be produced in dining, counter, and bar height. Our dining tables have been used as office work surfaces and for conference rooms. Our capabilities with tables have also allowed us to produce some occasional tables (cocktail, end tables, etc.) We see occasional product as an area for future development and just another way that CCB can continue to grow and expand our market share. Our products are now used throughout the hospitality industry including major hotel chains, boutique style properties, country clubs, and night clubs. The growth and expansion of our product line has also allowed us to diversify in the types of projects - universities, hospitals, medical facilities, senior living, and the corporate office setting. A great part of our success is due to the team of independent sales representatives that CCB has built to represent us. We currently have 21 reps out in the field in all different states, and this includes representation for US government projects. Our sales force has expanded with CCB and we now cover the east coast, Midwest, northern regions, and into Texas. Our projects however may be specified and purchased for any area of the US and some beyond. CCB is comprised of an Owner/ Working president, Executive Officers, Office Staff, Plant supervisors, Plant Employees, and Delivery Drivers. This extensive structure allows us to manufacture product from the ground up in our facility from the order processing to engineering and manufacturing through to final assembly/ inspection to the coordination and delivery of the product on our own trucks or via other methods, if required. We recommend delivery by CCB personnel who are trained to handle our product and are more accountable, to reduce the likelihood of damage, and to allow for assembly of product and to be set in place for our customers. This is just one of the many steps that we take based on the pride of what we produce. Our success has also been built on happy customers who return, and we build lasting relationships with. CCB is a team-oriented environment that proudly manufactures proud in the USA and appreciates the opportunity to be a part of the “Furniture Community” in High Point, NC.
