INDUPUMP TDP API 610 BB2 Pump

The Indupump TDP between bearing radially, split process pumps are designed for smooth, reliable operation and meet the toughest and most demanding specification requirements of API 610.The TDP between bearing pumps o�er the typical API BB2 design features such as the double suction de-sign, large shaft diameter, centerline mounting and between bearing mounting of the impeller to ensure excellent performance and extended service life. The Indupump TDP is available in all common API 610 materials.

The Indupump TSMP Series is an advanced, re-designed multistage pump that has a proven ope -rating history, a worldwide installed base, and is being used in many growing, changing, and complex markets. The TSMP Series is an axially split BB3 pump with enhanced features that makes it an extremely reliable, high performance pump.

The TSMP Series features a bigger shaft for less shaft deflection, larger sealing chamber to fit a wide range of single, double, and tandem cartridge mechanical seals, and dynamically balan -ced impellers. With a complete line of pumps the TSMP Series ranges from sizes of 3x2-7 up to 10x8-13 and most are available from 2 stage up to 16 stages. The axially split casing, single and twin stage pumps are designed for a wide range of industrial and municipal services. Roodhart has an impressive axial split case program with pump sizes from 50mm (2”) up to 1.100mm (43”) and capacities up to 20.000 m 3/h.

The typical design of the horizontally axial split casing pumps allow easy in line inspection and maintenance of the rotating assembly. The Indupump pumps are characterized by their heavy duty shafts, oversized bearing design and the large seal chambers allowing a wide range of mechanical seals to be installed.

The pumps are available in the standard production series and the engineered product series. Both series can be made available in both horizontal and vertical mounting to suit your application. The axial splitcase pumps are available in a large variety of materials

With the INDUPUMP vertical pump program we o�er a complete range of vertical pumps. The verti -cal pump program consists of turbine pumps, mixed flow pumps, axial pumps and propeller pumps up to a maximum capacity of 40.000 m 3/h.

The vertical pumps are available in a large variety of materials from standard cast iron to Duplex. Depen-ding on the pump type the columns can be provided with flanged or threaded connections, with open or enclosed line shafts, medium or oil lubricated and with or without thrust bearing. Di�erent type of discharge heads, motor arrangements and thrust bearing arran -gements are available upon request.

INDUPUMP MAP magnetic pumps

The Indupump MAP is a robust, magnetic drive pump designed to handle the most difficult appli-cations. Magnetic driven pumps are typically used for fluids difficult to seal and applications requiring zero emissions such as hazardous and toxic chemicals.

The pump is designed in accordance with the ANSI B73.1 dimensions to make it interchangeable with standard ANSI pumps. Sealled ANSI pumps can be replaced without any corrections to the piping systems or foun-dations. The Indupump MAP series is also available in a close coupled configuration.

The bearings are made of highly abrasion and corrosion resistant silicon carbide. The containment shell is the most important component isolating the pump-age from the atmosphere. The contain-ment shell of the MAP is non metallic for ultimate corrosion resistance and -increased efficiency. The Indupump MAP is designed for applications up to 320°C.

Indupump System One

New in the Indupump product range is the Indupump System 1 process pump. This specific pump design is well known for many years as the Chesterton System 1 pump and is now produced by Indupump. Systems 1 pumps are designed specifically to operate in severe applications and extreme envi-ronments and is also called the ‘Industry Standard for Reliability’. The System 1 design o�ers you exclusive design features such as a strong, vibration resistant, low deflection and heavy duty shaft. The System 1 o�ers heavy duty bearing for greater load capacity and extended bearing life and the Patended System 1 Labyrinth seals which provide non-wearing lifetime for protection for radial and thrust bearings.

The System 1 product line consists of many di�erent pump configurations. For a large number of competitor pumps System 1 o�ers the pump improvement program. With this so called im-provement program excisting pump power frames, can be replaced with the System 1 power frame, o�ering most of the unique System 1 benefits to your excisting pump installation.

Indupump ANSI

The Indupump 811 product line offers the best ANSI standard pumps on the market. Exceeding standard ANSI construction requirements, the model 811 includes several additional features, critical to long-term reliable operation.

The model 811 is available in a wide range of sizes and capacities to fit virtually any process fluid application. A choice of extra-heavy-duty, stocked, Ductile Iron, Stainless Steel, Alloy 20 and CD4M pump materials coupled with multiple seal design options allows us to custom built the 811 to fit your specific applications. The fully-open impeller design features large wear areas and back pump-out vanes, making the 811 far superior in handling corrosive and erosive fluids.

The Indupump 811 ANSI pumps and (most)parts are interchangeable with other ANSI pumps, reducing the necessity of warehouses of various stock pumps for your applications.

Indupump K

With the production of the K-series Indupump continues the long tradition of an original Dutch pump which has been on the market since 1962. The Indupump K-serie is a complete non-metallic overhung centrifugal pump.

The K-serie pumps have established an outstanding reputation in quality, low maintenance cost and high reliability. The pump is a solid non-metallic design and is available in glass reinforced epoxy resin and PVDF.

The product range consists of horizontal base frame mounted pumps, self priming pumps and vertical (sump) pumps. The K-series is available with a wide performance range due to the di�erent impeller designs. All pumps are available with closed and semi-open impellers. The large seal chamber design allows a large variety of single and double mechanical seals to be installed.

The Indupump S-FLU is an advanced pump technology specialized in anti corrosive centrifugal pumps designed to handle corrosive, abrasive and other difficult liquids. The S-FLU product range consists of both horizontal and vertical mounted pumps in either complete non-metallic or stainless steel materials of construction. S-FLU o�ers chemical norm pumps in accordance with ISO 5199 and magnetic driven ISO norm pumps. A large number of S-FLU pumps is available with ATEX for zone 1 and zone 2 applications.

The S-FLU pumps are designed for pumping corrosive chemicals which may be clear or with entrained solids. All S-FLU pumps are manufactured on demand on the basis of the speci -fic liquid properties (concentration, temperature and viscosity) and the characteristics of the installation. S-FLU pumps are available in a large variety of plastics such as Polypropylene, Polyethylene, PVC, PVDF, PTFE, PFA and Somedur.

INDUPUMP TNP pumps

The Indupump TNP Series pumps use a combination of materials which provides the mechanical strength of metal, with the corrosion resistance of a non-metallic lining. All TNP Series designs use a non-rotating shaft that allows for ease of maintenance and improved performance over standard rotating shaft de-signs. The rear containment shell, with its dual laminate of a fluoropolymer, is then reinforced with a vinyl ester composite for high burst pres-sure resistance. The unique, no-weld impeller design has eliminated the weld associated with other designs and thus allows for a more chemical impervious barrier. The outer magnet assemblies are designed for protection against corrosive environments.

Indupump gear pumps

Universal gear pumps for high viscous liquids in all common industrial applications. Roodhart’s heavy-duty cast iron gear pumps are designed for the toughest industrial applications. The gear pumps are o�ered with a variety of connections from 38 mm (1-1/2”) through 100 mm (4”). The gear pump internal components are available with multiple material options for the rotors, bushings, and seals.

We arrange seminars and trainings for operators and engineers to improve skills and knowledge about pumps and pumping systems with the objective of improving pump and seal life, increasing reliability and reducing failures.

Indupump can o�er integral maintenance and service for all your ro-tating equipment. The maintenance, repairs and replacements can either take place on site or in our well equipped workshop and is perfor-med by highly skilled, trained and experienced service engineers.

Indupump has a combined experience of more than 100 years in the field of mechanical seal repair, modification and has excellent seal re-ferences in virtually every industry and application. Roodhart has the largest and best equipped dedicated mechanical seal workshop in Europe. With our ultrasonic cleaning machines, lapping machines, a complete inspection and test lab and CNC machines we can handle seals up to shaft diameters of 24”. Roodhart can supply from stock single and multi spring seals, below seals, cartridge seals and many more in the most common metric and US standard sizes.
