Hard working hands or feet are cleansed and exfoliated with organic teas. Essential botanicals are applied and a pressure point massage relieves tension and brings hands or feet back to life.

HOW TO SPA

Opening hours Osprey Spa is open from 10am to 6pm daily. Requests for earlier or later treatments can be arranged with 24 hours notice.

Reservat ions and payment Please reserve treatments in advance by calling our Spa Reception on 02 6639 1555 or dialling extension 1555 from your villa. Appointments must be reserved with a major credit card. In-house guests may charge treatments and products directly to their villa. All credit card payments will incur a 1.5% surcharge.

Arrival We ask that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your spa appointment to complete the consultation form, enjoy a welcome drink and relax prior to treatment. If you arrive late, we will make every effort to accommodate you, however your treatment will be completed at the scheduled time so as not to inconvenience other guests.

Health & wel lbeing If you are pregnant or have any health conditions, allergies, or injuries that might affect your spa treatment please advise us at the time of booking. Pregnancy massage is available after the first trimester.

Minimum age Osprey Spa welcomes guests aged 16 years and over. Children 12-16 may share a Spa experience with a parent or guardian in our dual therapy suite.

Group bookings A 50% deposit is required for groups of five or more.

Cancel lat ions Should you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment we ask that you provide us with 24 hours’ notice. Failure to do so will result in 50% of the fee being charged. ‘No shows’ will be charged 100% of the treatment fee and vouchers will become void.
