From Saturday 27 February to Friday 12 March 2010, participating restaurants will be offering signature dishes for £5 at lunch-time and £10 in the evening.

Simply take this brochure into any of the featured participating restaurants during this time and request their unique signature dish. It’s that simple.

On behalf of the restaurants of Bedford Town Centre, I’d like to wish you a warm welcome to this year’s Indulge Inbedford campaign.

It’s been a tough year for many of our restaurants, whose dedicated owners, managers, chefs and staff are always working tirelessly to make sure Bedford Town Centre is up there with the best of them when it comes to eating and drinking out.

Despite the difficult financial climate, they have been striving, once again, to put together some truly outstanding signature dishes at special discounted prices for this year’s Indulge promotion.

from elaborate Polish home-made dishes such as Krakow’s Salmon De Blanche, to genuine Lebanese Musakaat Betenjan and Baklawa in the newly opened Reem.

Mongolian, Indian, Italian, Thai, Chinese... all tastes are accounted for. You can even enjoy traditional British fish and chips, whilst enjoying a view of Bedford’s skyline in the Park Inn’s first floor restaurant.
