Both of President of Indonesia and President of Student Executive Board (SEB) are based on constitution of Republic of Indonesia article 22E section 1, that is:
“General elections shall be conducted in a direct, general, free, secret, honest, and fair manner once every five years.”
However, election for President of Student Executive Board is once a year
DIRECTDirect election is an election in which citizens vote directly instead of
having representatives who vote for them
GENERALGeneral Election means all the people get the same right to vote for those
who already have the right to use their vote
FREEFree means that voters are free to choose the candidate who pleases
without any coercion from outside
SECRETAll of the vote are anonymous. It is only voter knows what is their choices.
HONESTHonest means that elections must be conducted in accordance with the
rules to ensure that every citizen has the right to be able to choose according to his will and every voter has the same value to determine the people's representatives will be elected.
FAIRFair means equal treatment of election participants, without any privilege or
discrimination against certain participants or voters.
TERMS TO BECOME PRESIDENT OF INDONESIA
Under Article 6 UUD 1945, a presidential candidate must:1. born in Indonesia2. Never accept another nationality because of his own volition3. Never betray the country4. Spiritually and physically able to perform the duties and obligations as
president
TERMS BECAME PRESIDENT SEB IN FACULTY OF ECONOMIC & BUSINESS1. As an active student in FEB UB2. Never follow the organization or committee in FEB3. GPA of at least 3.004. write an essay about the future of FEB
