Conclusion 1. L’estimation invasive ou non invasive des pressions de
remplissage et des volumes ventriculaire ne doit pas être utilisée pour guider le remplissage vasculaire
2. Les indices dynamiques basés sur les interactions cardio-respiratoires permettent de façon fiable de guider le remplissage vasculaire, mais ont des conditions de validité restrictives limitant leur intérêt
3. L'épreuve de lever de jambe passif, combinée avec une mesure du VES,
permet d'étendre l'appréciation de la précharge dépendance aux patients arythmiques, en VS ou sous VM sans sédation
pourrait permettre de réduire le remplissage vasculaire au cours du CS
